Portland, OR: Urban Works Real Estate is proud to announce that Cocanú Chocolate and Strum Guitar will join Bodega Beer at the newly redeveloped Luxury Bread Building in close-in SE Portland. These outstanding new tenants complete the leasing of the development’s 10,621 square feet of retail storefronts lining SE Stark Street. Remaining vacancies at this development include a 3,453 – 6,239 square foot space available for restaurant or creative office use.

The Luxury Bread Building is an adaptive reuse project developed by O’Cardinal Properties and located on the corner of SE 14th and Stark Streets in Portland’s bustling SE Buckman neighborhood. Urban Works brokers Rob Moneyhan and Kia Hartley are representing O’Cardinal Properties and currently fielding prospective tenants for the buildings remaining vacancies.
