A lifelong entrepreneur, Tim has founded and co-founded more than a dozen companies including four that have been named among Oregon’s fastest growing private businesses. He is the co-founder and Chairman of The R2C Group, and serves on the boards of The Freshwater Trust, The Wild Salmon Center, and as a trustee for the University of Montana.
MICHELLE CARDINAL
CO-FOUNDER
A graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications, Michelle’s career spans over 23 years in advertising. In the late 90’s Michelle founded Cmedia, a DRTV Media Agency based in Portland, OR – what is now part of the R2C Group. She resides in Carson, WA, with her husband and business partner, Tim O’Leary, and their yellow Lab, Lemon.
MONICA GELLER
EXECUTIVE VICE-PRESIDENT
A University of Oregon alumni and graduate of Art History, Monica started working with Tim and Michelle over 20 years ago. Initially wrangling creatives and managing clients at R2C Group, Monica transitioned to overseeing the O’Leary-Cardinal family real estate business in 2014. For the past 9 years, she has been responsible for managing all aspects of the commercial real estate, bringing creativity and personal connection to the relationships with our tenants and business partners.
JADE WEBSTER
OFFICE MANAGER / ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
Jade is a life-long Oregonian and an Oregon State University alumni. While at OSU, she studied Merchandising Management with an emphasis in Apparel Design. Jade brings a wealth of experience in hospitality, event planning, and administration to the O'Cardinal team. In her free time, she enjoys interior and fashion design, buying and selling vintage goods, DIY projects, traveling, and spending time with her rescue cat, Josephine.
